Following the collapse of the White Temple Central Headquarters, five successor factions clash over a new world order.

Choose one of the following: the White Temple Legitimacy, the Arcadia Intelligence Union, the Bureau of Asklepios Research, the Valkyrie Front, or the Nova Free Alliance. Each faction starts with five cities, a Clan Boss, a National General, a Key Partner, and only one Operational Unit.

There are a total of 30 strategic cities in the Seraph Sector. Reinforce your forces by recruiting talent and creating new units, then expand your influence along the strategic routes connecting the cities. Every decision—from intelligence warfare and diplomacy to handling civil complaints, capturing prisoners, and managing cities—changes the tide of battle in the next turn.

Combine 55 unique agents, 10 types of strategic forces, and faction-exclusive troop types to form your own unique Operational Unit. Combat supports both fast auto-rolling and manual combat where you select tactics and special abilities yourself. You can level up your units against unmanned combat robots at the Central Base Training Ground.

Two dedicated episodes are prepared for each of the five factions, allowing you to experience each faction's ideology and choices across a total of 10 campaigns. Secure all 30 cities and complete a new era with the Dominion Protocol of your choice.

## Controls

### Starting and Basic Progression

1. Select New Game or Continue from the main screen.

2. Select a scenario and the faction to play to start the game.

3. Open the Objective, City, Unit, Funds, Operation Message, Diplomacy, and System screens from the top menu.

4. Use the central base button at the bottom right to access the Throne, Lounge, Training Ground, Operations Room, Detention Wharf, and Network Hub.

5. After completing your actions, press the End Turn button to process player commands and actions from other factions.

### World Map and Units

- One-finger drag: Move the world map

- Two-finger pinch: Zoom in/out of the world map

- City Tab: Check city information and facility/garrison status

- Unit Tab: Check troop composition, command personnel, and movement/attack commands

- City/Unit List: Select a desired target and check its location on the world map

### Combat

- When combat occurs, select Auto Combat or Manual Combat.

- In the Manual Combat screen, you can move and zoom in on the battlefield by dragging and pinching.

- Select a tactic from Assault, Defense, or Disruption to determine the combat style of your units. - When the combat gauge is charged, use the special abilities: Morale Boost, Emergency Recovery, and Disruption Trap.

- Melee units use Photon Sword attacks, while ranged units use Laser Fire.
